Kim Wilkens is passionate about transforming technology users into technology creators, collaborators & activists. At the grassroots level, she founded Tech-Girls with a mission empower girls to imagine and achieve their future in our tech-savvy world. As the K-8 Computer Science Initiative Coordinator, Kim has led St. Anne’s-Belfield School to the fore of the national movement to bring computer science to K-12 students.

Kim works at the global level as a Mozilla Club Captain and Global Education Conference Advisor. She has been named to Mozilla’s inaugural Network50 list as someone who has made the Internet a better place in 2016.

Kim also serves as the Outreach Chair for Charlottesville Women in Tech and the Tech Tour Chair for the Charlottesville Business Innovation Council.
