All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing via email to the Executive Director, Virginia Society for Technology in Education RECEIVED no later than 11:59 PM ET by the dates listed below. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.
Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:
•Received by November 15, 2015 – Full refund, less a $20 per person administrative fee
•Received November 16 through November 30, 2015 – 50% refund, less a $20 per person administrative fee
•Received on or after December 1, 2015 – Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
